Delivery

MADE NORTH offers home delivery and click and collect options for all purchases.

Home delivery:

Most of our products are sent to you directly by the designer or maker. You will be advised by email within 24 hours of your purchase of the approximate delivery schedule for your items, which will reflect the delivery times shown at the time of purchase. Please note that items from different designers may arrive at different times and we will advise of any changes to the delivery schedule.

Delivery costs are calculated based on standard first class delivery or similar and are shown at checkout. We endeavour to keep these costs to a minimum whilst ensuring your purchases arrive in perfect condition.

International delivery is available but only subject to advance confirmation by MADE NORTH. Please see our full terms and conditions for information and contact us by email info@madenorth.co.uk before placing your order.

Click and collect:

You can purchase online for FREE collection from our Sheffield design gallery and store. Goods which we keep in stock will be available for collection on the next day of opening (Gallery hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 12-6pm and Saturday 11am-4pm). Items which we order directly from designers may be subject to a short delay. This will be advised to you at the time of purchase.

Returns:

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt of delivery for an exchange or refund.

All goods returned must be unused, as new in their original packaging. Upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge). This excludes any item which is ‘bespoke’ or ‘personalised’ which is not covered by this arrangement. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

You must contact us via info@madenorth.co.uk before returning goods.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and sent via registered post and with appropriate insurance to the address we provide when we approve the return. Postage is at your own cost for unwanted items.

Please note that when returning a product, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your post office for proof of postage (available free of charge).

As a consumer, you will have a legal “cooling off period” of up to seven working days after the date of delivery of the Products during which you may cancel your order for any reason without penalty. Such right to cancel terminates if you use the products and does not apply to Made To Order, Bespoke or customised products made specifically to your order.
